Bipartisan Bill Expanding CMS Coverage Of Rx Digital Therapeutics Resurfaces

Sens. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) and Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) reintroduced a bipartisan, bicameral bill Friday (May 9) that would expand patient access to FDA cleared and approved software known as prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs) through new Medicare and Medicaid benefit categories.
