National telehealth company Bicycle Health says if the proposed Drug Enforcement Administration rule requiring an in-person visit for a prescription of buprenorphine takes effect, patients around the country will face the same problems accessing the preeminent opioid use disorder treatment that have occurred over the last eight months in Alabama.
