Becerra’s Statements May Bode Well For Telehealth Reg Relief

HHS will take aggressive steps to protect telehealth care options that help meet communities’ needs after the conclusion of the COVID-19 public health emergency, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra said during a March 18 press conference on the state of the department, signaling the department might be amenable to a slew of telehealth regulatory reforms sought by lobbyists.
