Amended DOJ Cerebral Complaint Alleges Three Additional Companies Disclosed Patient Data

The Justice Department and Federal Trade Commission on Monday (June 10) amended a complaint against the tele-mental health company Cerebral, alleging the company’s former executives continued to violate the FTC Act at three telehealth companies - Zealthy Inc., Gronk Inc. and Bruno Health P.A. - after they left their former roles at Cerebral.
