States Press Forward On Drug Importation, PBM Reform, Copay Caps

While the scope of IRA drug price controls pertains only to Medicare, states have introduced nearly 300 legislative measures just this year aimed at reining in prescription drug costs for patients with insurance outside of Medicare.
