On Monday (Jan. 13), a D.C. Circuit Court will hear arguments on HHS’ rule to require that television drug ads disclose list prices, and the Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board will hold its first meeting. Later this week, congressional Medicare advisers will discuss new designs for Medicare Part D and go over a report on whether the 340B drug discount program encourages hospitals to choose expensive drugs over cheaper alternatives.
