Trade Groups Lean On White House To Revamp Or Pull Rebate Rule

HHS is poised to ban rebates, and the National Community Pharmacists Association and the Better Medicare Alliance each plan to lobby White House budget officials next week for changes to the regulation, though the Better Medicare Alliance, which includes Medicare Advantage plans, unions and employers, prefer that HHS terminate the rulemaking.
