States Guard Hospitals, Pharmacies Against Insurers’ 340B Restrictions

State lawmakers are relying on four main approaches to protect hospitals and pharmacies against insurance industry restrictions on 340B drug discounts, according to a forthcoming survey by Manatt Health.
