Public Citizen To Senate: Revive Controversial FDA Generic Label Rule

Public Citizen wants the Senate to mandate FDA re-issue the controversial proposed rule on generic drug labeling that it scrapped late last year. The organization says lawmakers should replace the labeling language in the Senate’s health care costs bill with the more stringent regulatory mandate before the bill hits the floor.
