Ohio Reaches $15 Million Settlement Over Alleged Drug Overcharges

Ohio Attorney General David Yost announced Tuesday (Oct. 25) a $15 million settlement between the state and pharmacy benefit management company OptumRx, raising the total amount that PBMs have repaid to the state to more than $100 million since 2021.
