State lawmakers in Minnesota are considering a bill to create a prescription drug affordability board that could reference Canadian prices when setting limits on drug prices in the state. Of the nine state legislatures that this year are considering drug affordability board legislation, the Minnesota bill is the only one to include international reference pricing.
