Medicare Commissioners: Plans Need Incentives To Manage Part D Costs

Congressional Medicare advisors recommend giving insurers more incentive to manage Part D spending. The March 13 report from the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission updates the financial status of the Part D program, and commissioners are slated to vote on another set of recommendations this week for their June report to Congress.
