State lawmakers in Massachusetts included a Medicaid drug-price negotiation plan in a budget deal and are expected to vote on the package Monday (July 22). The legislature’s version of the drug-pricing deal is watered down from Gov. Charlie Baker’s (R) original proposal, but consumer advocates still claim a win.
