Senators voted on budget amendments until around 4 a.m. Wednesday (Aug. 11), but they didn’t take up Sen. Michael Bennet’s (D-CO) amendment to let Medicare negotiate drug prices, which would have offered insight into where some Democrats stand on that policy.
