In Florida, Spread Pricing Costs $8.64 Per Pharmacy Claim

It costs Florida pharmacy benefit managers an average $8.64 per claim when they use spread pricing, and it costs them much less, an average $1.45 per claim, when they use pass-through arrangements, according to a report funded by the Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Administration.
