ERIC Suggests Ideas For Giving Employers Medicare-Negotiated Prices

The ERISA Industry Committee has recommended a few policies that Senate Finance Committee Democrats could use to give Medicare-negotiated drug prices to employer-sponsored plans without running afoul of reconciliation rules, ERIC Executive Vice President of Public Affairs James Gelfand said Tuesday (Sept. 7).
