E&C Passes PBM Reforms & Stark Law Bill; Rare Disease Bill Still A Priority

The House Energy & Commerce Committee on Wednesday (June 12) unanimously voted to advance a bill that would ban pharmacy benefit managers from engaging in spread pricing to help pay for a bill streamlining enrollment of out-of-state providers in Medicaid to support children with complex medical needs.
