E&C Passes PBM Reforms, But Refinements Likely Before House Vote

The House Energy & Commerce Committee on Wednesday (Dec. 6) advanced a final cluster of pharmacy benefit manager reforms and drug pricing policies this year that aim to lower the costs of Medicare Part D prescription drugs for beneficiaries at the pharmacy counter, but some of the bills likely won’t face a House floor vote until they are further refined.
