Drug Spread-Pricing Ban May Help Pay For Infrastructure

A ban on drug spread pricing is on the list of policies to pay for infrastructure legislation, according to a list of offsets circulating among lobbyists Friday afternoon. The list has been agreed to by the core group of 10 infrastructure bill negotiators, not all of the 22 senators negotiating that deal, the document indicates.
