DOJ, HHS Working Group To Crack Down On Drug Price, MA False Claims

HHS and the Justice Department have formed a working group to crack down on false claims violations across the health care industry, including those that increase prices for prescription drugs and medical devices, pose barriers to patient access to care, and involve kickbacks related to drugs, devices, durable medical equipment or other products covered by the federal government.
