Despite Trump’s Pledge, Plans Not Required To Offer Free Antibody Drugs

Despite the president’s promise of free COVID-19 antibody drugs for all, lobbyists for insurers, drug makers and consumers say there is no guarantee that antibody candidates will be available without cost sharing, although the government last summer bought the initial production of Regeneron’s antibody cocktail , so those doses will be free.
