CMS Puts Off Medicare Drug Program Updates For Future Rulemaking

CMS is delaying proposals to help seniors with drug costs, help plans negotiate lower drug prices and help pharmacies deal with performance programs that pharmacies say pharmacy benefit managers unfairly use to take back money months after filling prescriptions.
