Chronic Disease Group Urges MACPAC To Vote Against Rebate Policy

The Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease is urging congressional Medicaid advisers to reject recommendations to increase rebates and impose an additional inflationary rebate on drugs that receive accelerated approvals.
