Cassidy Unveils Staff Report Underpinning Potential 340B Legislative Reforms

Senate health committee Chair Bill Cassidy (R-LA) on Thursday (April 24) released the findings of a years-long staff investigation of the 340B drug discount program and listed legislative reforms he may push to rein in practices by safety net providers and contract pharmacies that prevent patients from directly benefiting from the discounts.
