House Energy & Commerce health subcommittee chair Buddy Carter (R-GA) said a measure to prevent pharmacy benefit managers from charging Medicaid managed care organizations more for prescription drugs than what is reimbursed to pharmacies for dispensing those drugs will likely be included in the upcoming budget reconciliation package -- echoing what lobbyists told Inside Health Policy Monday (May 5).
