Buchanan Seeks Bipartisan Group To Address CBO Scoring Of Prevention

Rep. Vern Buchanan (R-FL) recently said he hopes to collaborate with Democrats on legislation to revise the Congressional Budget Office’s (CBO) scoring techniques to include long-term savings from preventive health care measures.
