Braun Strikes Out On Drug Pricing; Says Other Lawmakers Too Slow

First-term Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) is pushing drug-pricing bills because other lawmakers are dragging their feet, he told Inside Health Policy Wednesday (March 6). Braun introduced three drug-pricing bills Tuesday, including one that would extend HHS’ proposed ban on rebates in Medicare and Medicaid managed care to the commercial market.
