Brands Lobby To Spread Out Drug Discounts In Senate Drug Pricing Bill

Some brand drug makers are lobbying to change Senate drug pricing legislation to shift a portion of their share of seniors’ retail drug costs from the catastrophic phase of Medicare Part D to the initial coverage phase, according to sources familiar with the lobbying efforts.
