The fate of Medicare drug price negotiations will come closer into view this week as the first of many oral arguments in the drug industry’s challenge to the Inflation Reduction Act are set for Wednesday -- one day ahead of CMS’ deadline for setting the initial offer of a maximum fair price to the manufacturers of the 10 selected Medicare drugs.
