The White House officially laid out its policy agenda Monday in its 2025 budget -- which the president had previewed ahead of last week’s State of the Union Address that includes expanding prescription drug price controls, promoting Medicaid continuous coverage, maintaining enhanced Affordable Care Act subsidies in addition to boosting investments in behavioral and home and community-based services.
