Health Funding Advocates Brace For Cuts, Shutdown As House Pulls CR

House GOP leadership Wednesday postponed votes on a continuing resolution funding the government until Dec. 15 after receiving pushback from conservatives who wanted the must-pass legislation to include a rider de-funding the healthcare law.
