Idaho Insurance Commish: State Plans Will Cover Pre-Ex Conditions, EHBs

Idaho Insurance Commissioner Dean Cameron told Inside Health Policy that preexisting conditions and the Affordable Care Act's 10 essential health benefits will be covered under Idaho's updated and restructured state-based insurance plans, following the Trump administration's decree that the state plans as earlier envisioned would violate federal law.
