House To Consider Employer Mandate Legislation This Week

The House Rules Committee on Wednesday (Sept. 12) will take up legislation to delay the Affordable Care Act's Cadillac tax for one year, provide four years of relief from the employer mandate, and eliminate the employer mandate's 30-hour threshold classification for full-time employees and replace it with a 40-hour threshold.
