Former Navigators To Become Brokers For Upcoming Open Enrollment

At least two organizations that previously received federal navigator grants to help consumers enroll in health insurance plans declined to apply for the significantly reduced 2019 funding but will continue to assist residents by becoming licensed insurance brokers.
