Wyden, Warner Bill Sets Minimum Cyber Standards For Health Care Providers

Senate Finance Chair Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Intelligence Chair Mark Warner (D-VA) have introduced sweeping legislation requiring HHS to develop minimum cyber standards for health care providers and associated entities, along with enforcement mechanisms and support for rural hospitals.
