WV Court Rules Generic Mifepristone Maker Can Challenge Telehealth Ban

A federal judge in West Virginia has ruled that GenBioPro, maker of the generic version of abortion pill mifepristone, can proceed with a lawsuit against the state’s ban on telehealth prescribing of the medication, though he did not allow the company to continue its broader challenge of West Virginia’s near-total abortion ban.
