W&M To Mark Up Bills Tweaking HSAs, Allowing Subsidies For Off-Exchange Coverage

House Ways & Means Chair Kevin Brady (R-TX) announced late Monday a full committee mark-up of more than a dozen bills that would collectively expand access to health savings accounts, delay the employer mandate and so-called Cadillac tax and allow individuals to use the Affordable Care Act's subsidies to purchase catastrophic health plans or off-exchange coverage.
