WH Budget Proposes Eliminating No-Cost Exchange Plans, Replace ACA

The White House’s proposed 2020 fiscal year includes a proposal to end no-cost subsidized exchange plans, requiring every individual on the federal exchanges to contribute to their health coverage, and also a proposal to replace the Affordable Care Act modeled after the Graham-Cassidy-Heller-Johnson bill that would turn over much of health care to the states.
