The House Ways & Means Committee on Tuesday (Sept. 7) unveiled legislation that would start Medicare coverage of vision services in October 2022, hearing services in October 2023 and dental care in 2028, following weeks of speculation by lobbyists over how the committee would design its plan to add the new benefits as part of Democrats’ emerging budget reconciliation package.
