House Energy & Commerce Chair Greg Walden (R-OR) introduced a bill that would prevent individuals from being denied insurance based on their health status when the Affordable Care Act is repealed. But Democrats said Republicans should not repeal the ACA if they want to protect individuals with pre-existing conditions.
