Vermont Passes Bill Creating PDAB-Like Framework On Drug Pricing

Vermont Republican Gov. Phil Scott on Thursday (May 30) signed a bill directing the state’s Green Mountain Care Board to create a framework for regulating the cost of prescription drugs.
