Updated Story CMS Administrator Seema Verma said Wednesday (Nov. 14) the administration is committed to giving drug plans more leverage to negotiate lower prices for drugs in protected classes. Lobbyists anticipate that the Part D proposed rule, which is expected to be published soon, will include policies to reform the six protected drug classes.
