The United States sold its helium reserve Thursday (Jan. 25) as bidding for the reserve opened at 2:00 p.m. CST., despite calls from the leading medical device lobby for the White House to postpone the sale and privatization of the Federal Helium Reserve until supply chain disruption concerns are resolved.
