U.S. Moves To Dismiss City-Led ‘Anti-Sabotage’ Lawsuit Over ACA

The Department of Justice is asking a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit brought by five major cities who charge the administration is violating the Constitution through its efforts to sabotage the Affordable Care Act. The cities say the administration is violating the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) as well as the constitution’s requirement that it “take care” to implement existing laws.
