UHG Starts Data Breach Notifications, But Puts Off Patient Notices

Change Healthcare started notifying providers and the government on Thursday about privacy breaches spurred by a February cyberattack, but it won’t start notifying patients until late next month, drawing concerns from a Senate Democrat who had demanded all parties start to receive notifications by Friday (June 21).
