Trump WH Reviewing Draft Exchange Program Integrity Rule

The Trump administration intends to propose a rule that will address program integrity in the health insurance marketplace, according to regulation currently under review by the White House Office of Management and Budget. The rule comes shortly after former CMS advisor Peter Nelson was tapped to lead the agency’s Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight and to serve as CMS deputy administrator.
