Texas AG’s, Nursing Lobby’s Staffing Suits Consolidated

A Texas district court recently combined two lawsuits against HHS’ nursing home staff mandate rule, bringing a suit filed in May by the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and other lobby organizations together with one filed in August by the Texas attorney general.
