In a win for telehealth stakeholders, the Supreme Court on Friday (June 27) ruled that the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) funding structure for a federal program that provides rural health care providers and underserved areas with access to affordable telephone and high-speed internet services does not violate the nondelegation doctrine.
