Suits Over Health Officials’ Efforts To Stem Misinformation Proceed

The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments that federal health officials collaborated with social media platforms to engage in widespread suppression of conservative viewpoints under the guise of combating misinformation, while a separate district court lawsuit against FDA, alleging the agency overstepped its authority while attempting to combat COVID-19 misinformation, will also proceed.
