States Uninterested In New ACA Waivers That House Voted To Overturn

House Democrats voted Thursday to reverse the Trump administration’s guidance that allows states to use Affordable Care Act 1332 waivers to navigate around the law's coverage requirements, but no states have applied for the new waivers and few have shown interest.
